Please read through my TOS before commissioning.

|| Artist Note
• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
• I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
• I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.|| Payment
• Unless told otherwise, commissions will be paid in full before starting
• Payment and prices are in USD and done through PayPal invoice with the exception of local payment
• PayNow (SGD) = OK|| Usage
*Please read this section clearly to avoid confusion and issues during and after commissioning, thank for for understanding.• With the exception of personal usage, you are required to credit me as @ErR0r_2A08 or ErR0r in written form (eg. In descriptions)Case A || Personal Use:
• Non-profitable use of commissioned art = OK
• Use of commissioned art as an asset on social media platforms = OK + Proper credit
• Eg: Profile banner, profile picture, streaming/video assets, etc.
• Youtube, Twitch, Twitter = Instant OK
(Please ask if it is possible use it on a specific platform)Case B || Commercial Use: x1.5
• Use of commissioned art in MVs, album covers, concept art, promotional artworks, etc.
• Commercial fee is already included in "Vtuber Model Illustration", "Emotes", and "Reference Sheet"Case C || Merchandise: x2 / x3
• Digital Goods are x2 of the usual price
(ex. stickers, digital prints, prints, posters, etc.)
• Physical Goods are x3 of the usual price
(ex. keychains, pins, acrylic stands, etc.)|| Commission Use (For Artist)
• Unless told otherwise, I have the right to upload/use your commission under my name in my portfolio|| Revision Fee
• First major revision (eg. redoing the sketch) is free of charge
• 2nd major revision = 10USD
• Follow up major revisions = 50USD per revision (may increase due to complexity)
• Minor revisions can be requested as see fit
• Mistakes on my end will be fixed for free (will not count toward revision counter)
• Wrong or the lack of information from your end is not my mistake|| Deadlines
• The Turnabout Time will on a case-by-case basis (can be ask upon commissioning)
• Rush orders are currently not applicable
• You are eligible to request for a full refund if I fail to deliver after 4 months from when I start the commission (6 months for Vtuber model art)|| Refund Policy
A refund can be issued when:
• The client has paid in full and has requested a refund before I could work on the commission.
• The commission has not reach the colouring stage yet (partial refund)
• I cannot fulfill the commission by the given deadlineA refund will be issued when:
• I cannot fulfill the commission for whatever reason on my endA refund WILL NOT be issued when:
• The commission has been completed
• The commission is at the colour stage
• You decided to cancel the commission after multiple paid revisions. (You will only be refunded the base price)|| Chargeback
• You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
• If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.
• You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.
• Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.break
